Sal’s trading journey began in 2007 – 2008 while working as a computer systems engineer on the trading floor of investment banks Credit Suisse & RBC Capital Markets in lower Manhattan. In a difficult financial environment during the financial crisis of 2007-2008, Sal began learning how to trade while markets were well under immense pressure; developing skills that translated over time into vast knowledge about chart patterns and market analysis.
By 2012-2013, Sal had become so skilled at what he does that he was invited to teach traders from all over the world when he spoke at a worldwide webinar given by Daily-FX (FXCM). And since then, Sal has worked hard to make sure his work carries with him an underlying message: Managing risk while using the power of simplicity and positioning oneself for maximum trading profits.
